The Origin Story

Years ago, I was a broke film student serving high-end tables in NYC. My managers didn’t keep me around because I could carry a tray. They kept me because I

could consistently upsell entire parties without sounding like I was selling anything.

A first date? I’d create a romantic experience they’d remember.

An executive dinner? I’d steer toward premium choices with quiet confidence. What made it work wasn’t charisma—it was emotional calibration. I could see what

people needed to hear before they said a word.

That same approach is now coded into our software.
